UK SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within the UK is a flat rate of £6. Orders of £25 or more receive free UK shipping.
I package all orders and ship them out together especially during busy times, so I may take up to 5 working days to dispatch packages. But please feel free to contact me by email if you need it to be sent out sooner.
I will send you a confirmation email once your products have been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
For international customers, before placing an order please email me at christinagoodallceramics@gmail.com with your address and the product/products you would like to buy and I will be able to more accurately estimate your shipping cost. Shipping Internationally will be charged according to your address and also the weight of the products being bought + packaging. Shipping will be shipped as standard and may take 7-10 working days to arrive.
Please keep in mind that some products may be charged customs charges and taxes; and that this is to be paid for by the customer.
Shipping charges may increase due to Brexit and/or the Corona Virus Pandemic and therefore shipping prices may change at any time.
RETURN POLICY
I try to accurately describe my products and give approximate dimensions so that you may feel more comfortable knowing what you are buying. If you receive your order and are not satisfied please email me with your order number and concern.
Cancellation of an order must be emailed to me within 12 hours of placing the order.
Returns are only accepted by emailing christinagoodallceramics@gmail.com. Returns must be unused and shipped back to me in the same condition it arrived in. Please package the returning item well to reduce the chance of breakage in the post. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage for returning products.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact me via e-mail at christinagoodallcermaics@gmail.com with your reference number and photos of the product and outer packaging as soon as possible.
