Information on our site
I have taken great care over the content on our website to ensure information is correct, particularly prices. We also try to ensure that goods are fairly described. We reserve the right to cancel orders where an error in the description or price is brought to our attention. I do not give anyone permission to copy images from this site without prior written permission.
Order fulfilment
We aim to correctly reflect our current stock system on all products however there are occasions when a product ordered may not be in stock. In this case we will contact you via email or phone and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order.
Price
Prices shown on our website are the full price.
Payment
We will charge your account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the order.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; I cannot order delivery to your address; goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to human error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Pottery Classes and workshops
Must be 18 years old or older to enter the studio due to health and safety. Must inform Christina Goodall of any breathing concerns; disability that requires more space to be able to move around; open sores/wounds on hands or dust allergies/sensitivity at-least 2 working days before your chosen session in our studio to allow time for Christina to make your session safer and more enjoyable for you. Please be aware that Christina may ask for you not to touch certain materials in the studio due to health and safety. No eating or drinking in the studio. No smoking/vaping in or in close proximity of the studio outside as this is privately owned land, smoking is available outside of the alley by the road. Christina does not promise available parking close to the studio and suggests arriving 15 minutes early to better your chances of parking and arriving on time. Christina does allow any time over then your class states. Must sign in and out on the sign in sheet by the entrance door for fire safety. Must be polite and sensitive to other customers, if found to be rude or disrespectful you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given. Any injury must be reported to Christina immediately. Sensible close-foot footwear and non-precious clothes should be worn, Christina will not take responsibility for any ruined clothes or dry-cleaning.
